This Privacy Policy explains how TrendFlow Consulting, operating the TrendFlow Digital storefront (“TrendFlow,” “we,” “our”), handles personal information when you visit our website, purchase a digital product, subscribe to updates, or request a free marketing audit.

1. Information we collect

• Contact and inquiry details. If you use our audit, contact or updates forms, we receive the information you submit. Depending on the form, this may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, website or social profile, industry, marketing goals, challenges, requested services, and message.
• Order records. Orders are completed through Payhip and its payment service providers, including Stripe. We may receive transaction records such as the buyer's contact details, product purchased, amount, order status, and refund information. We do not collect or store full card numbers on this website.
• Technical data. Our host, Netlify, may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request details, security logs and form submission data to provide and secure the website. Google Fonts may receive technical request data when your browser loads fonts. Payhip and its processors may collect additional checkout information under their own policies.

2. How we use information

• To answer questions, provide requested audits, schedule appropriate follow-up, and respond to support requests.
• To deliver digital purchases, manage payments and refunds, and maintain transaction records.
• To send marketing or educational updates only where you have chosen to receive them or another lawful basis applies, with a way to opt out of marketing messages.
• To prevent misuse, maintain security, improve site reliability, and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

3. Providers and sharing

We share information as reasonably necessary with service providers, including Netlify (hosting and submitted forms), Payhip (digital checkout, orders and delivery), Stripe or other available payment processors (payment processing), and our email provider (communications). These providers handle information under their own applicable policies and contractual terms. We may also disclose data when legally required or in connection with a lawful business transfer. We do not sell customer inquiry lists or personal information.

4. Cookies, embedded services and external links

We do not currently use an advertising pixel or an independently configured behavioral advertising analytics tool on this storefront. Technical tools and embedded services can use cookies or similar technologies as necessary for security, checkout and functionality. Payhip and other linked websites have their own practices. If our tracking practices change, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.

5. Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably needed to fulfill requests and orders, provide support, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by type of record. We use service-provider protections and reasonable organizational measures, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete information we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements. You can also opt out of marketing emails. Your rights may differ depending on your location. To make a request, email us using the address below. For payment information managed directly by Payhip or Stripe, you may need to contact those providers as well.

7. Children

Our products and services are intended for business audiences and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. International visitors

Our services and providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. If you are outside the United States, local privacy laws may apply.
